These are some basic goods we plan to have on a regular basis, but flavors may change from day to day, and we will have something special every day.  I don't like to bake the same things all the time, so there will always be lots of choices to go with some of the basics below:

 

• Donuts, yeast and cake style 

• Bread: white, sourdough, rye, potato, and everything in between

• Coffee Cake, pumpkin bread, banana bread

• Dessert Bars: brownies, lemon squares, cheesecake bars, etc

• Cupcakes

• Russian German specialties: rival kuga, kraut burgers (birocks), kuchen, egg noodles, butter balls

• Rolls: cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls

• Muffins, scones, biscuits 

• Cookies:  chocolate chip, oatmeal, butterscothies, pumpkin chocolate chip, sugar, etc.

• Pies: apple, cherry, peach, cream pies, etc.

There will be a few gluten free options on the menu since we know this is a commonality these days, and want to have something for everyone.

We can also make dough to go, like pizza dough, if you choose to bake at home.  Just let us know ahead of time so we can make it for you fresh.  There will also be a catering menu to pick up if you have upcoming events and need a large number of baked goods.

There will be some lunch options available as well, usually a sandwich of the day and a soup or other side dish like chips or potato salad, but we will never have the same thing everyday.  You will just have to come in and be surprised.
