This is a really interesting quilt.  The Dresden plates are all hand sewn appliqué using feedsacks.  I appears it was finished a decade later, probably the 40’s based on the backing fabric, which is broadcloth muslin that the plates were sewn onto, appears to be machine attachment.  I really interesting and pretty quilt with all that lavender sashing.
